At Ayunutriment, we look at wellness as a conversation between food, breath, movement, and mindset. In this post, you’ll learn how to combine simple nutrition choices with a short yoga practice so your body feels lighter, calmer, and more resilient.

Inflammation: what it feels like day-to-day
Many people experience inflammation as stiffness, aches, fatigue, or brain fog. While medical causes vary, daily food choices and gentle movement can support comfort and mobility.

Anti-inflammatory food basics
Prioritize: colorful vegetables, fruits, dals/beans, omega-3 sources (flax/chia/walnuts; fish if non-veg), spices like turmeric and ginger, and adequate protein. Reduce: frequent fried foods, sugary drinks, and ultra-processed snacks.
A gentle yoga sequence for joints (10–15 min)
1) Joint rotations (2 min), 2) Cat–Cow (1 min), 3) Supported Bridge (1 min), 4) Reclined hamstring stretch (1 min each side), 5) Legs-Up-The-Wall (3–5 min). Keep movements pain-free and slow.

A sample day (simple)
Breakfast: oats + nuts + fruit. Lunch: dal + rice + sabzi + salad. Snack: curd + seeds or roasted chana. Dinner: soup + paneer/tofu + veggies. Add a short walk after meals if possible.
When to get extra support
If pain is persistent, swelling is present, or fatigue is severe, consult a clinician. Nutrition and yoga are supportive tools, and personalization matters.
